This course is designed to assist teams and organizations to effectively build the necessary capabilities to successfully kick-start quantum initiatives.

We recommend devoting approximately 4 hours to completing this content, depending on one's prior experience.

### Intended audience

We recommend this course for leaders and architects of quantum initiatives, including academic faculty, project leaders in large enterprises, startup leadership, and more. It will be of particular use to organizations new to quantum computing.

## Recommended background

There is no technical prerequisite for this course, but we recommend that learners first take the [Quantum Business Foundations](/learning/courses/quantum-business-foundations) course, which is a good introduction to the quantum ecosystem.
